The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill.

Our Sliding Scale

We offer a sliding scale based on need. We use the Green Bottle Method and an honor system and ask that those that can do more, help us to reach others who are in true need.

Please do not let finances keep you from getting the help you need; reach out to us if you feel you have additional needs.
